This Spanish/Italian/German production is directed by Jesus Franco under the pseudonym Clifford Brown. It concerns a young model/actress who is scouting for locations in South America but is then kidnapped. A Vietnam vet is sent in to find her, which is perilous as there are cannibals in that part of the world.

This film is dullsville. There’s more nudity than horror, and so this feels like filler material to show in a sleazy adults-only cinema.

The special effect involving the eyes of the devil/beast/whatever he is, was achieved by the use of two ping-pong balls with slits in them so that the actor could see.

And that’s about it. Feel free to watch five minutes of this to get a feel of what it’s like (if you can last five minutes), but don’t watch anymore as it’s 90 minutes you’ll never get back.

Whilst there are some hidden gems on the Video Nasties list, there’s also some real rubbish. And this is pure rubbish.
