From IMDB- ‘Dr. Frankenstein’s plans to replace the brain of his monster are hijacked by his scheming and malevolent assistant Ygor.’

Lon Chaney must have felt the pressure on him filling the very big boots (literally) of Boris Karloff regarding depicting The Monster but he needn’t have worried. He’s fine, as are the rest of the cast. Special mention, of course, needs to be made to the ever excellent Bela Lugosi as Ygor.
In fact, The Ghost of Frankenstein is much better than it has any right to be considering it’s the fourth film in the series.

Bags of atmosphere and a fast pace also help make this memorable even though this is another short film (it clocks in at just over an hour).
No, it’s not as good as the original but it’s still worth checking out.
