This remake/reboot sees a group of teens journeying to the abandoned camp called Crystal Lake and then being stalked by killer Jason Voorhees who is avenging the death of his mother years before. Does this remake feel like a Friday the 13th movie? Nope. It feels more like a modern-day Porkies on the road with …

I remember going to see this back in the day and walking out halfway through. Will I make it through this film this time? Will I feel the same as I did back in 2003? Well, yes I did (somehow) watch it all the way to the end. And yes, I feel the same as …

This film is basically Jason in Space. This movie massively divided fans. Some loved the innovation but some hated it to such an extent that they viewed it as the worst in the series. Yes, they even hated it more than Part 5: A New Beginning. But I loved this movie. I even went to …

When the head of a sacred religious statue named Ong-Bak is removed and taken away by thieves, a villager named Ting, an expert in the Muay Thai martial arts, journeys to Bangkok to find and bring it back. Ong-Bak is a terrific film. I love how it feels like a Thai film, but one that …
George A Romero's 2009 zombie flick and a concept that involves the found footage of a film student assembled into a movie by one of the film's other characters. All of the movie is shot on camcorders and other similar devices available at the time commercially. This found footage chronicles a group of film studies …
